This job opportunity is available at ANY location in the United States. Ideally, selected candidates will be near a JACOBS U.S. based office, but we intend to hire the "best" candidates.

As an Electrical Design Technician, you will support our data center design team, working with Revit Technicians, Designers, Engineers, and Architects to design and draft drawings for various facility design projects. You will apply diversified knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software to prepare construction drawings for MEP systems.

• Assist in designing and drafting drawings for facility design projects using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with team members to create and update construction drawings for MEP systems.
• Maintain project file organization and coordinate with team on file management.

• At least 7 years of experience using Revit and AutoCAD for building‑related designs.
• BS Degree reduces this requirement by 1–2 years.
• Proficient in creating and updating templates and project setup in Revit.
• Familiar with working with central files and local files.
• Can manage work‑sets, control visibility, and use various parameters in Revit families and schedules.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong skills with Revit 2017 & 2018, BIM
  360, Autodesk, BIM 360 GLUE, and Navisworks.
• US Citizen.
