Civil Designer / Civil Engineer (2+ yrs) – Confidential
Location:
Indianapolis, IN | Full-time | Employee-Owned Culture
$75,000.00/yr - $/yr

- Execute civil site design tasks—including Site Design, Grading, Drainage, Utilities, and Permitting.
- Develop construction documents (plans & specs), perform calculations, and craft technical reports.

- Communicate directly with internal teams (and possibly clients) to refine project direction and deliverables.
- Experience:
Minimum 2 years in civil engineering or design—preferably within Site Design, Grading, Drainage, Utilities, or Permitting. - Tech
Skills:
Proficient in Civil 3D—your bread and butter for project delivery. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and timelines.
