• Lead plan production for roadway design projects using Micro Station ORD and/or AutoCAD/Civil 3D and Auto Turn.
• Collaborate with INDOT, local agencies, consultants, and contractors on projects. Develop project budgets, schedules, and technical proposals.
• Apply engineering expertise and specialized software to solve complex transportation challenges.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality design services.
• Prepare quantities and construction cost estimates for bidding.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, PE license required. Ability to obtain multiple state licenses.
• 15+ years of experience in roadway design and project management, especially with INDOT and local agency projects.
• Proficient in INDOT Plan Submittal Package Development and Process.
• Prior experience with Micro Station/ORD and Auto Cad Civil 3D.
• Proficiency with Bentley Bridge Design products, Merlin Dash, Midas, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with HEC‑RAS, HY8, and Storm
  
  CAD is a plus.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Desire to coordinate and collaborate with junior staff.
• Ability to travel to project and client sites as needed.
