Electrical BIM Modeler - CONFIDENTIAL

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical BIM Modeler to support the design and coordination of complex electrical systems within large-scale industrial and commercial projects. This role will focus on creating, developing, and maintaining accurate 3D models using Autodesk Revit to ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams, and other external trades.

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for electrical projects using Autodesk Revit.
• Interpret redlines, sketches, and engineering drawings to produce 3D models and associated 2D installation drawings.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architectural, structural, MEP, civil) to ensure model accuracy and resolve design or constructability conflicts.
• Perform clash detection and model reviews.
• Assist in the development of construction documents, prefab shop drawings, and as-built models.
• Develop Trimble point layout drawings.

• Degree in Building Information Modeling, Computer Graphics Design, Drafting, Engineering/Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proficient with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam Revu. EVOLVE MEP experience a plus.
• Understanding of Trimble RTS units and the information needed to execute point layouts in the field. Additional Trimble experience a plus.
