• Design and deliver roadway and transportation projects from concept through construction
• Produce roadway plans using AutoCAD, Micro Station, and Open Roads
• Support project management tasks including coordination, schedules, and deliverables
• Collaborate with a close‑knit team across multiple states and project types
• Interface with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
• Grow into expanded technical leadership or project management responsibilities

• B.S. in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (P.E.)
• 5+ years of transportation / roadway design experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Micro Station, and Open Roads
• Experience as a Design Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
