As a Project Manager at Walker, you will work on projects including:

• Managing various design projects from initial concept through construction completion.
• Managing the financial and schedule elements of the project.
• Coordinating with Owners, Architects, Contractors, and Consultants to achieve project goals.
• Communicating effectively with clients to understand their objectives, provide technical guidance, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Contributing to business development and marketing activities, including developing client relationships, writing proposals, responding to requests, and participating in interviews.
• Mentoring, guiding, and providing technical support to junior engineers and designers, fostering professional development.
• Maintaining strong relationships in the industry and with our clients.
• Participating in networking activities and representing our firm at industry meetings and conferences.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or similar.

Other Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience managing projects (schedule, budget, client relationships, deliverables).
• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering design.
• A Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) is required.
• Strong communication and team skills are necessary.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

$90,000 - $150,000 a year
