We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our Ceramic Matrix Composites (CMC) team, supporting CMM and GOM Inspection.

What you will be doing:
With this new role, you'll have an opportunity to work on the following:
Process Design
Support Manufacturing Component Owner in DFM sessions for CMC components to improve manufacturability.
Work with component design engineering to define best dimensioning scheme around functional need of components/design intent, limitations of GDT, and current measurement technologies
Work with component design to create characteristic matrix plan.
Collaborate with HTC team and design teams to transition new products from development to manufacturing.
Capability Acquisition
Support Capability Acquisition Lead Engineer to spec and procure measurement equipment to industrialize the inspection of CMC products.
Process Development
Complete MSA Studies, Inspection plans.
Define and Implement Pre and Post coating Inspection methods.
Create and Implement Visual Inspection techniques utilizing the latest automation technologies.
Collaborate with HTC team and design teams to transition new products from development to manufacturing.
