Our client is a global leader in their manufacturing sector. They are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to join their team at their facility outside of Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have a mix of hands-on process, production, and project experience in a food or chemical manufacturing setting.

Process Engineer/Senior Process Engineer/Chemical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/Chemical Manufacturing/Food Manufacturing/Production Engineer/Chemical Process Engineer/Corn Milling/ FDA

As a Senior Process Engineer job responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Provide day to day troubleshooting and operations support as needed
• Participate in engineering projects, including design and innovation
• Ensure process goals are met on time and under budget
• Maintain systems to meet safety, quality, production, and cost goals
• Adhere to site safety guidelines and regulations
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and process improvements
• Multi-unit operations expert – provide knowledge as needed

Salary Range: $135,000/year - $150,000/year + bonus

As a Senior Process Engineer job requirements consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• BS in Chemical Engineering maybe Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience as a Production/Process Engineer in a chemical/food manufacturing environment
• Ideal candidates will have continuous chemical process but open
• Any continuous improvement experience is a plus (Six Sigma, Lean,Kaizen, etc)
