Overview
Lead end-to-end program execution for engineered products in a manufacturing environment, ensuring delivery to cost, schedule, and quality requirements. Strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and customer-facing program management.
Location: Troy, IN (Onsite, Mon–Fri) | Relocation Available
Hiring status: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities- Own full program lifecycle using PLM processes
- Serve as primary customer contact and internal program lead
- Lead NPI and support proposal development and new business
- Develop and manage program plans, schedules, budgets, and risks
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain)
- Monitor cost, schedule, performance; report to leadership and customers
- Resolve technical, commercial, and in-service issues
- Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred)
- 7+ years program/project management experience in manufacturing
- NPI experience with engineered products (Aerospace preferred)
- PMP certification preferred (or within 6 months)
- Strong skills in MS Project, SAP, and stakeholder communication
