Qualifications
- Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Entry-level through senior-level candidates considered (0–8+ years of experience depending on level).
- Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, automation systems, or high-speed manufacturing machinery.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Exposure to PLCs, HMIs, servo systems, and industrial networks (Siemens, Rockwell, or similar platforms preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80–100%), including international assignments lasting several weeks to months.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in customer production environments.
- Strong communication skills and comfort working independently in the field.
