exceptional leader and strong technical designer to lead complex water resources projects and help grow our Water Resources team.

This role combines
project management, technical design, client development, and team leadership across water, wastewater, stormwater, civil site, and watershed projects. If you're energized by challenging projects, passionate about quality design, and serious about career growth,

Join our Indianapolis office and be part of VS Engineering's corporate headquarters, where you'll have access to experienced leaders, technical resources, and diverse projects and clients. You'll collaborate across offices and disciplines while helping shape the growth of our Water Resources practice.

• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, staffing, and delivery.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams.
• Build client relationships and grow VS's water resources portfolio.
• Lead pursuits and assist with project funding opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, change orders, contracts, and client communications.
• Develop, review, and provide quality control for water resources designs.
• Prepare reports and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with clients, teams, and regulatory agencies to deliver successful projects.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related ABET-accredited engineering program.
• Indiana PE registration or ability to obtain.
• 7+ years of water resources design experience.
• 3+ years of project management and team leadership experience.
• Exceptional leadership and strong technical design skills.
• Experience with public-sector projects for state, county, and municipal clients.
• Experience with water/wastewater, stormwater, drainage, watershed, CSO, and/or municipal program management.
• Strong communication, client relationship, and problem-solving skills.

AutoCAD, Civil 3D, ArcGIS/GIS, water resources modeling software, StormCAD, CDSS, Microsoft Office, and Adobe.
