Jayco is seeking a Design Engineer to design RV products in a timely manner, ensuring marketability, manufacturability and Jayco quality standards.
You will develop floor plans, evaluate new products, document designs and communicate design changes internally and externally.
A BS in Engineering with 1–3 years RV experience or 5–8 years in engineering roles is preferred; proficiency with Autodesk Inventor (or Solid Works/Catia) is required. This is a full-time on-site Indiana position.
