Job Description & How to Apply Below
Most Controls Engineer roles stop at the PLC. This one gives you ownership of the entire system.
From initial design and programming through installation and final commissioning, you will have the opportunity to see your work come to life in the field.
We are looking for a Controls Engineer who enjoys the technical side of controls but also wants more ownership over projects, customers, and implementation.
From Concept to Commissioning- Design and develop integrated control systems from customer specifications
- Program PLCs and develop HMI applications
- Test, troubleshoot, and commission systems in the field
- Take ownership of assigned projects, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate field technicians and installation support
- Work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Recent PLC programming and HMI development experience
- Integrated systems design knowledge
- 4-year technical engineering degree
- Ability to independently manage projects and solve problems
- Familiarity with access control, CCTV, intercoms, or other security electronics is a plus
If you want to design it, program it, see it installed, and be there when it goes live, this is an opportunity to own much more of the engineering process.
Compensation: $75K-$130K.
