Key Responsibilities:- Lead engineering projects focused on improving equipment efficiency and overall equipment effectiveness.
- Identify and implement process, capacity, and cost improvements across manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production data, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and perform root cause analysis to improve performance and reduce downtime.
- Support the design, installation, optimization, and troubleshooting of manufacturing and packaging equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
- At least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
- Experience leading projects.
- Food-grade manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of packaging equipment, automation, and controls (PLC/DCS).
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
- No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
Salary: $75,000 - $110,000
