Phillips Infrastructure in Indianapolis, IN seeks an electrical safety lead with direct experience in transmission and/or substation construction. You will work in the field, not just in safety offices, and ensure high-voltage work practices and arc-flash awareness are applied on site.
You will conduct field observations, lead JSA and energized work permitting, coach crews, and coordinate with system operators and utility clients to keep projects safe and compliant with OSHA and NFPA
