Environmental Resources Management (ERM) seeks a Lead Construction HSE Manager to provide on-site support for a pharmaceutical mega project in Lebanon, IN. You will lead a safety team for construction activities, ensure compliance, and report to client leaders. The role is full-time, 12 months, renewable, with 40–72 hours/week on-site.
You will guide HSE system implementation, coordinate with client and ERM leadership, and drive continuous safety improvements across all project phases.
