You will focus on safety, efficiency, and performance, reporting to the Manager of Drilling and Blasting and collaborating with Division Production Management.
You will mentor blasters, manage KPI-driven activities, and develop explosive solutions to improve mine-to-mill economics while traveling 30–50% across the Midwest region.
