In this role, you’ll be the trusted partner for our customers—delivering exceptional service, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping shape the future of customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Review daily reports and take action to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Collaborate across departments—including Sales, Agencies, and Operations—to deliver seamless service.
  • Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and professionalism, ensuring quick turnaround times.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and elevate service levels.
  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience and knowledge of Delta Faucet products are a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency.
