As a Graphics Installer Technician, you will join a passionate crew that will service and maintain our Indy Car for a high-performance, high-speed experience on the track. The right candidate should have automotive graphic installation experience, preferably with Indy Car vinyl, but not required, and will be self-motivated and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will work creatively in a team atmosphere while adhering to tight deadlines and remaining calm in high pressure situations.

• Adhere to Company brand guidelines, with a creative eye and attention to detail

• Detail car wrapping and logo placement before each race

• Maintain facility and track cleanliness and upkeep of equipment and area

• Collaborate closely with car chiefs and mechanics

• Adaptable to learn installing many different materials such as windscreen tear offs, window tint, heli tape, etc.

• Requires travel to races and testing events

• Other duties as assigned by the department manager

• Proven minimum 2+ years of experience as an automotive graphic installer

• Motorsport industry background ideal

• Excellent communication skills

• Able to complete projects under tight deadlines and quick turnaround times, including working extended hours when necessary

• Able to work off-site and travel, including to remote locations such as racetracks

• Must be able to lift and move items that are up to 60 lbs

• Attention to detail, organized, and proven experience to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
