Job Purpose

The Regional Parts Phone Representative is the go-to person for our customers, handling inbound calls to help them find the right parts, generate parts sales and ensure they have a positive experience. We’re looking for someone who embodies hard work, customer focus, team collaboration, adaptability, and responsibility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer customer calls with dedication and determination, striving to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Record customer information accurately in our systems, ensuring that all details are captured for future reference and follow‑up.
  • Deliver friendly and efficient service, helping customers with parts selection and providing information on products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Provide price quotes, inform customers about specials, and keep them updated on the status of their orders.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
  • Required 10 years of parts counter experience.
  • Strong understanding of basic truck systems.
  • Ability to use business systems for daily tasks.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
  • Proven customer service skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer use, especially Google Applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Dependable, with reliable attendance and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
