Join our exciting team at our Florence, United States location as a Sports book Cashier/Table Games Dealer. In this dynamic role, you'll be at the heart of our gaming operations, providing exceptional customer service while managing both sports betting transactions and dealing table games.

• Process sports betting wagers and payouts accurately and efficiently
• Deal various table games according to casino rules and procedures
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
• Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies
• Handle cash transactions with precision and integrity
• Monitor gaming activities for any suspicious behavior or irregularities
• Provide clear explanations of game rules and betting options to customers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive gaming environment
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid gaming license required
• Excellent cash handling and basic math skills
• Proficiency in dealing various table games
• Understanding of sports betting processes and terminology
  
  Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Knowledge of gaming regulations and procedures
• Previous experience in casino operations or sports betting preferred
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and maintain focus in a high-energy environment
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
