Key Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, tailored wealth management strategies to high-net-worth clients.
• Build and deepen relationships through proactive, consultative financial planning.
• Manage client portfolios with a disciplined investment philosophy.
• Collaborate closely with internal investment and planning teams to deliver consistent results.
• Drive business development through referrals, networking, and client retention strategies.
• Maintain impeccable compliance standards and ethical conduct.

• 5+ years of experience as a financial advisor or wealth manager.
• Proven ability to serve clients with $2M+ in investable assets.
• A transferrable book of business is highly preferred but not required.
• FINRA Series 65 or equivalent, and relevant state registrations.
• CFP® designation or strong progress toward certification is a plus.
• Driven by client success, not just transactions—seeking a long-term home.

• Base salary of approximately $100,000.
• Lucrative variable compensation based on client revenue contribution.
• Direct revenue share for any new clients brought in.
• Unlimited long-term earnings potential with equity-style upside.
