• Serve as the Controller overseeing all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting as the Controller of record.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models with full Controller-level authority.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls under the Controller’s purview.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to guide strategic financial planning and maintain Controller oversight of fiscal health.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles as a Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills to support Controller-level analysis and reporting.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, risk mitigation, and financial governance expected of a seasoned Controller.
