What You’ll Do

As the Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager, you’ll own day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting. You’ll lead core accounting processes while also driving improvements and partnering across the organization.

In this Role, You Will:
  • Lead daily accounting operations including the general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Oversee AP, AR, fixed assets, and payroll support
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements
  • Manage banking activities: reconciliations, deposits, ACH/wires, and banking relationships
  • Monitor and forecast cash flow and working capital
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with tax requirements (sales/use tax, 1099s, etc.)
  • Partner with operations on cost accounting, margins, inventory valuation, and project tracking
  • Coordinate monthly/quarterly/year-end close in SAP
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Enhance internal controls, accounting policies, and process efficiency
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting, business cases, and financial analysis to leadership
  • Support the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA a plus)
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience; manufacturing background preferred
  • Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle Net Suite, etc.); ERP migration experience a plus
  • Familiarity with sales tax compliance tools (e.g., Vertex) is helpful
