Tax Advisor / Client Relationship Manager

Location:

Monticello or Logansport, IN (flexible hybrid schedule)

Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 base + annual performance bonus + full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, life & disability insurance)

We’re looking for a Tax Advisor / Client Relationship Manager who’s ready to take ownership of their client relationships and make an impact in a firm that believes in balance, not burnout.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and advise a portfolio of small business, partnership, and individual clients
  • Prepare and review federal and state tax returns (individual, partnership, and corporate)
  • Deliver thoughtful, proactive tax planning throughout the year
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients
  • Collaborate closely with a supportive team that celebrates shared success

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of public accounting or tax experience (CPA or EA preferred)
  • Strong background in preparing and reviewing business and individual returns
