You’ll guide clients through Enterprise Performance Management—from redesigning FP&A processes to implementing technology‑enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. • Lead and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, ensuring quality and effective risk management.
• Manage client engagements and lead work streams, providing guidance to junior staff.
• Drive process improvements and develop innovative, data‑driven solutions.
• Recommend changes to policies and procedures, ensuring continuous improvement.

• Deep understanding of FP&A processes, financial modeling, and business partnering.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex transformation projects on time and on budget.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Expertise in strategic planning, long‑range planning, annual operating planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong FP&A background from corporate finance roles and consulting experience implementing FP&A transformations.
• Proven track record of translating business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making processes.
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, One Stream, Tagetik, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.

• Industry experience in operating companies (manufacturing, retail, tech, healthcare, finance).
• CPA, CFA, or MBA credentials.
• Familiarity with data integration, cloud computing, or system architecture.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with strong executive presence.
