We’re seeking a Controller who thrives on variety, precision, and leadership. If you’re passionate about accounting operations, data-driven decision-making, and building strong internal controls, this opportunity is tailor-made for you.

• Lead daily accounting operations, including cost/variance analysis, inventory transactions, and operations review.
• Lead efficient and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Maintaining GAAP compliance and regulatory standards.
• Serve as the Controller responsible for implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies.
• Enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee Cap Ex planning and budgeting processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Audit experience (internal or external) is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems; advanced knowledge of One Stream, Dynamics 365, and Jet Reports preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification (active or in progress) preferred.
