• Utilize our online bill pay system to process accounts payable and expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize our online accounting software to generate financial reports as needed and for annual tax preparation.
• Generate advisor-specific activity and revenue development metrics for quarterly reporting.
• Prepare performance and asset flow data for quarterly valuation purposes.
• Effectively communicate financial metrics to the President, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
• Manage the preparation and processing of payroll for personnel, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
• Assist department managers with the hiring process, including posting jobs online, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters.
• Implement effective personnel onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Oversee benefits enrollment and management, ensuring employees have access to comprehensive benefits packages.
• Ensure strict compliance with HR policies and procedures, promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Possess an accounting designation or an equivalent combination of related experience and education.
• Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in accounting and/or financial management, coupled with 5+ years of human resources experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, writing, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work closely with senior management in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
