This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week to foster collaboration and connectivity, while allowing flexibility for productivity and work‑life balance. Alternate locations may be considered. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance unless an accommodation is provided per law.

• Support all month‑close functions, including closing, analysis, and reporting.
• Prepare financial, business, and process presentations.
• Identify complex accounting problems, research solutions, and implement corrective steps to increase operational efficiency.
• Coordinate, manage, and lead complex projects and processes.

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.

• CPA, CMA, or MBA.
• Previous work experience with month‑end close processes, account reconciliation, and statutory accounting principles.
