Role
Payment Analyst at Lilly Direct, managing daily payment operations including dispute escalations, fraud arbitration, transaction monitoring, reconciliation, refunds, and reporting to ensure seamless patient payment experiences.
Responsibilities- handle escalated disputes and chargebacks from call center or system alerts
- prepare evidence for chargeback representment
- represent Lilly in fraud arbitration
- monitor authorization-to-capture timing
- investigate and resolve transaction risks
- support daily financial reconciliation and payment accounting in SAP
- process refunds
- and generate performance reports
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–4 years in payment operations, dispute/chargeback analysis, or related roles
- knowledge of Visa/Mastercard dispute processes
- experience with payment platforms (e.g., Adyen, Stripe) and SAP
- strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills
- familiarity with healthcare/payment privacy (e.g., HIPAA), fraud detection tools, and reporting/dashboard tools
- experience in regulated industries is a plus
full-time, remote, reporting to Sr. Director, Lilly Direct Payment Service Delivery.
