• Lead the development of clinical plans, innovative protocol designs, and statistical analysis plans
• Work across therapeutic areas including Oncology, Diabetes, Metabolic Diseases and Neuroscience
• Provide statistical leadership and technical direction for clinical programs
• Option to manage a team of Project Statisticians, depending on level
• Collaborate with team members and communicate study results via regulatory submissions, manuscripts, or presentations
• Apply therapeutic area expertise, understand disease states, respond to regulatory queries and interact with regulators
• Select statistical methods for data analysis as well as influence business decisions and research methods

• PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Biostatistics or related field
• 10+ years of pharma/biotech experience in clinical research and drug development
• Strong statistical leadership, study design, technical expertise as well as a track record of innovation
• Proficient in statistical programming languages such as SAS or R
• Experience with regulatory submissions and statistical methodology
• Demonstrated problem solving ability and strong communication skills
