• Phone triage and assessment of employee health concerns.
• Conduct new hire examinations and urine drug screens.
• Manage injured worker cases and assist with documentation to facilitate return‑to‑work.
• Conduct flu, respiratory fit test, and tuberculosis programs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date OSHA information.
• Perform other related occupational health duties as needed.

• Graduate of a National League for Nursing (NLN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or have three years of related professional nursing experience.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• One year or more of nursing experience required.
• Occupational health and orthopedic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and team skills.
• Compassionate, caring, accountable, and self‑directed.
• EPIC experience is a plus.

The position is located on the east side of Indianapolis, Indiana at the East Worksite Care Clinic.
