Overview

Position: Physical Therapy Technician

Location: Georgetown, IN

Type of Employment: PRN/Per diem

Schedule: Weekdays - VariesCompensation: Starting at $9-11/hour (pending experience)

Are you passionate about helping patients on their rehabilitation journey? Do you enjoy working in an outpatient physical therapy setting? Come join our team as a Physical Therapy Technician! In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations.

PRN / Part-time positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. • Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions
• Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment
• Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)
• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences
• CPR certification
• First aid certification
• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
