Noble is seeking an experienced Behavior Consultant to join our team. Through behavioral therapy, we develop written plans and provide positive behavioral supports tailored to individual needs and goals.
This role involves providing behavioral support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, including:
- Completing comprehensive assessments
- Developing positive behavioral support plans
- Monitoring and data collection for plans
- Training individuals, families, support staff, and team members
- Ensuring timely and effective delivery of behavior support services in compliance with regulations
Requirements
To succeed, you must:
- Hold a Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or related field
- Have at least 2 years of experience providing behavior support services
- Possess a valid driver's license, own transportation, and a clean driving record meeting insurance requirements
- Entry level
