• Interpret results of initial evaluation and determine appropriate patient goals.
• Develop and modify treatment plans as needed while utilizing appropriate treatment techniques.
• Participate in teaching opportunities or clinical education of students.
• Engage in inter‑disciplinary program planning.
• Establish and maintain a safe environment conducive to effective team functioning, positive patient outcomes, and personal safety.

• Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited program.
• Valid Indiana Physical Therapy license or temporary permit.
• Experience in General Outpatient Orthopedics (new graduate PTs eligible).
• Knowledge of anatomy/physiology, evaluation and therapy, theoretical concepts and techniques, current materials and technological advances, and new professional trends.
• Ability to provide quality service to impaired individuals and communicate effectively with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and all internal/external customers.
• Basic understanding of the behavioral, developmental, physical, emotional needs, and comfort of child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Ability to lift/transfer patients and treatment supply items without restriction.
