Client Safety Representative

This is a full-time on-site role for a contracted Client Safety Representative with multiple locations available. The responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, conducting safety inspections, delivering safety training sessions, and collaborating with clients to maintain a secure workplace. The role demands proactive communication and a commitment to fostering a culture of safety in various workplace settings.

This position involves direct interaction with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure healthcare safety standards and regulatory compliance are met.

• Must have OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E certifications
• Proficiency in Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) management and compliance practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with owner teams and clients as well general contractor teams and trade partners
• Experience with conducting workplace inspections and implementing safety measures
• Skills in conducting safety initiative programs and promoting awareness
• Familiarity with safety protocols in large scale commercial construction and data centers a strong plus
• Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and troubleshooting abilities
• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, environmental health, public health, or a related field is preferred but not required
