• Supervising and leading a team of housekeeping staff
• Developing and implementing cleaning schedules
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards
• Training new staff members on cleaning procedures and safety protocols
• Ordering and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
• Addressing any issues or concerns raised by residents or staff members

• Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
• Experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
