As the Qualified Medication Assistant (QMA), you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
- Performing various resident care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort of the residents
- Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
- Documenting,on a daily basis as to resident assistance activities
- Being flexible in accepting changesin duty and assignment
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to facility safety program at all time s
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Be at least
18 years of age - Mustbe certified (QMA)
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Abilityto remain stationary 50-100%
- Abilityto exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
