Morning 8am-12pm, Day 12pm-4pm, Evening 4pm-8pm, Overnight 8pm-8am

• Companionship & Personal Care:
  Provide companionship, conversation, and assistance with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues.
• Mobility Support:
  Stabilize and assist with walking.
• Household Support:
  Prepare meals, clean up meal-related items, perform light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, etc.), wash and iron laundry.
• Health & Logistics:
  Provide medication and appointment reminders, run errands, accompany clients to appointments, and deliver specialized care for advanced Alzheimer’s/Dementia and hospice care.
• Reporting:
  Document daily activities, report significant changes in a client’s needs, and maintain regular communication with supervisor and office staff.

• Paid Training & Certification:
  No experience needed; newly hired paid training and continuing education, including PCA or Direct Care Worker certification.

• Legal: Possess a valid driver’s license or state identification, valid auto insurance if driving, and must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
