Locum Tenens Opportunity for CRNA near WORTHINGTON, IN We are actively seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team on a locum tenens basis near Worthington, IN. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the healthcare community in Indiana. Below are the comprehensive details of the ongoing locum tenens position:
Locum CRNA Provider Needed:
Dates Needed: ASAP to Ongoing Reason for Need:
Seeking a permanent CRNA; locum coverage needed urgently.
Work Schedule:
7a - 3p daily, with on-call hours from 3p - 7a. Rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off. Call
Schedule:
One weekday call per week (combination of primary and secondary). One evening room call per week at either 5pm or 7pm. Call Response Time: 30 minutes. Supervision:
All CRNA practice. Types of Cases:
General, Ortho (mostly spine), urology, ophthalmology, GYN, very few dental and peds dental, ENT, podiatry, and heavy OB. Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required. Credentialing and Other Details:
Caseload and Facilities:
Number of providers during the day: 9 Number of OR???s: 6 Number of Endo Rooms: 2 Number of CV Rooms: 0 Number of Cath Lab Rooms: 1 Number of IR Rooms: 1 EMR System:
Epic Vaccination
Required:
Must be vaccinated, with exemptions considered. Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temporary privileges available with a clear background, malpractice history, and active, unrestricted license). Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
