The company has evolved beyond traditional nursing home care to offer rehabilitation, adult day care, assisted living and long‑term nursing services, including specialized units for Alzheimer’s, dementia and hospice care.

Miller’s is proud to provide free training for aspiring Certified Nursing Assistants.

• 36–40 hours of classroom instruction.
• 80 % or higher on all classroom assessments (maximum three attempts).
• 75 hours of supervised clinical practicum in a long‑term care facility.
• Pass all required skill checklists and complete RCPs before the state exam.
• Pass a background check, TB test and physical exam before the course.
• Consistent attendance required; unsatisfactory performance may result in dismissal.

The first 16 hours occur with the class instructor—absences during this period will disqualify a student from continuing the program. Afterward, a preceptor assists the student with skill development. A daily sign‑in record is completed by the student and signed by a licensed supervisor.

Upon successful completion, students receive a certificate, a scheduled test date and the first exam fee paid by Miller’s if hired and in good standing. If the student does not pass the first test, a second fee is covered by Miller’s for employees only. Non‑employees must schedule and pay for the exam independently.
