Join Succeed ABA Therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
About Succeed ABASucceed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with autism. We hire experienced and entry‑level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant training and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.
At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00–$28.00 per hour.
Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana. We provide primarily in‑home 1:1 therapy to individuals with autism ages 1–21 and pride ourselves on high communication, support, and guidance that helps each therapist feel confident in their role.
What is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.

- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation.
- Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
- Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of the client.
- RBT certification from BACB (required).
- Valid driver’s license, or reliable transportation (required).
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (required).
- Effective communication in English, including verbal and written. Spanish speaking a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
- Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions.
- Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges.
- Comfortable working in a team environment, or independently, depending on program.
$18.00–$28.00 per hour.
