We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join IDS Health, Inc’s busy Primary Care office in Indianapolis, IN. This full‑time position offers a competitive salary starting at $100,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package.

• Provide primary care services in an 8‑hour shift schedule, including patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems for accurate documentation and care coordination.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Adhere to all professional standards, licensure requirements, and institutional policies.

• Hold a valid Physician Assistant License or Nursing Practitioner license in the state of Indiana.
• Have at least one year of experience working with EMR systems in a primary care setting.
• Demonstrate strong communication, patient advocacy, and teamwork skills.
• Be willing to work onsite and attend required orientation and continuing education.
