Duties And Responsibilities- Organize and perform routine to advanced level method validation/testing with independence and efficiency, in compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
- Display advanced data interpretation and analytical instrumentation skills, responding to difficult procedural, technical, and quality questions with minimal guidance.
- Assist in writing and reviewing reports, methods, protocols, and SOPs; maintain complete study documentation in compliance with GLP/GCP and departmental processes.
- Inform Lead Scientist or management of any problems or deviations that may affect data integrity and recommend corrective action.
- Write and review training materials and deliver training/mentorship on relevant techniques, procedures, and provide expert advice on training requirements.
- Support communications with external clients and other team members.
- Participate in new equipment, instrument and methodology assessment and qualification.
- Demonstrate advanced time management skills; manage multiple projects in a given week, and coordinate activities with team members to deliver data.
- Support others in their duties to ensure scheduled operational activities are completed, communicating effectively and listening to open ideas.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Science, or Chemistry with 3 years of relevant experience, or Master’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in LC/MS method validation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage time.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to utilize word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and specialized software.
- Work experience in GLP/GCP environment is a plus.

Pay Range$69,000 – $81,000 annually
