Blue River Services, Inc. (BRS) is a private not for profit organization founded in 1959 by six families that believed that all people are capable of learning when given the opportunity and appropriate support services. With this guiding philosophy for over 60 years the services we provide have expanded to meet the needs of our community and address barriers to independence for people with and without disabilities.

Our agency currently offers services through 13 departments. BRS provides services in 30 Southern Indiana Counties to more than 20,000 individuals each year.

Provide supervision and instruction to adults with disabilities in a group home setting. Various shifts available depending on location. An accredited high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. We will train. Openings at these facilities will vary from time to time.
Overtime hours currently available (though not guaranteed).
