Headstart Health, Inc. in Indiana is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that emphasize supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.
This role offers direct BCBA mentorship, flexible full-time or part-time schedules, a $500 sign-on bonus, paid trainings, and a clear path to become a BCBA. You will work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans and meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support.
