in Indianapolis, IN seeks an LMSW for an outpatient, on-site assignment. Primary duty is completing biopsychosocial assessments during day shifts, with an on-site team of Case Managers, Therapists, and BHTs.
Caseload typically 2-8 assessments per day, each lasting about 1–1.5 hours. Population includes adults with behavioral health and addiction concerns; prior SUD and dual-diagnosis experience is preferred.
