WORK LOCATIONHybrid; primary location 714 N Senate Ave, Suite 110
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage incoming calls from patients seeking to schedule appointments and direct calls to appropriate team members as needed.
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule patients and provide appointment follow-up.
- Process orders for CPAP and BiPAP devices for patients diagnosed with sleep apnea.
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as required.
- Review sleep study documentation to ensure patients meet established criteria for services and equipment.
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Accurately gather, document, and update patient information and interactions within scheduling and database systems.
- Process service requests, order updates, exchanges, and related patient support activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns and service issues.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, referral sources, and other healthcare partners.
- Determine appropriate solutions for routine patient and customer concerns while adhering to organizational policies and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with all applicable privacy requirements.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude in all patient and customer interactions.
- High School Diploma/GED is required.
- Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Requires the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
