Caretenders Home Health, part of the Optum family, is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant in Indiana to support patients in the home setting and implement the plan of care under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. Primary responsibilities include following state laws, guiding therapy activities, coordinating with the supervising PT, and training patients and families to improve well-being.
Weekend rotation is required.
