Community Outreach Advocates Inc. is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregiver to join our growing team in Salisbury, IN
.

As a Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. We are looking for someone who is patient, reliable, and passionate about making a positive difference every day.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Companionship and emotional support
• Escort clients to appointments or errands when needed
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Report changes in the client's condition to the office

• Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or personal experience considered)
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance (if transporting clients)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Authorized to work in the United States

• CNA, HHA, DSP, or PCA experience is a plus
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
• CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred but not required)
